At the Nordic-African Business Summit 2026 in Oslo, leaders and experts discussed how to make investing and doing business in Africa safer and more transparent.
One of the speakers was Épiphane Zoro Bi Ballo from Côte d’Ivoire, who works to promote good governance and fight corruption.
But why does this matter to ordinary people?
When countries build trust and create fair rules, more opportunities can open up for everyone. A young entrepreneur may find it easier to start a business, a student may gain access to new international contacts, and a small company may find partners in another country.
